Many people always start to get into heated argument about football and basketball. Everyone forgets about all the hard working cheerleaders. I think people need to appriciate them more. People may not now this until they try cheerleading, but cheerleading takes alot of effort and commitment. In order to be a cheerleader you have to be well trained, and if you arent then its going to be tough getting used to it. There are many different types of cheerleading strategies for training a new cheerleader. You have to have alot of patience because it is very new to them and they might not be comfortable with the fast pace. Another thing is that you have to know what they are good at and what they are good and not good at.
